Introduced to the Hope Ward by IHK’s Director of Clinical Operations Rose Nanyonga (also one of our boardmembers), we have been able to offer support to this cutting edge medical facility seeking to bring first-world care to the third-world. The first open heart surgeries in Uganda were performed in the Hope Ward. Cancer patients receive chemotherapy in the Hope Ward.
